Banks yacht selected
for the Commodore's Cup
After the three weekends of Commodore's Cup
Trials the selectors have made their choice.
The England Blue Team will comprise: Yeoman Victric Quokka
The Red Team: 2XL Fair Do's Shakermaker
At Banks Sails we are particularly pleased with the performance
of Quokka, which comfortably beat her sistership Shakermaker
to take the small boat slot in the Blue Team. We will now be
further developing Quokka's wardrobe before the Commodore's
Cup itself.
Quokka's sail designs are also being used as the basis for the
inventory of the IRM 10.7m Roaring Meg 2 which is due to be
launched soon. This Ker design will also be flying a full suit
of Banks Sails and should be another one to watch at the Commodore's
Cup!
