Wayfarer Race data sheet

Banks Wayfarer sails are amongst the most popular and successful in the class, giving our customers the performance and quality that they need for any level of Wayfarer racing.

More and more boats at Wayfarer events are using Banks sails and we are still pleased to hear about of another successful year in 2005, including excellent results in National and Area Championships.

We are continuing to work on our Wayfarer designs so that we can offer our customers the most competitive range of sails. We are now offering a range of racing spinnakers to complement our genoa and mainsail designs. Call the loft to discuss your requirements.

All prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery.

Wayfarer Class measurer Colin May and Head of Banks One Design Hugh Myers measure a new mainsail prior to despatch.

Mainsail

Cut from 4.52 Contender Polykote. Complete with leech tell tales, battens, clew slider, soft foot, cunningham, insignia, sail numbers and long sailbag.

Two designs are available. The standard CM1 design is a very fair sectioned mainsail design, developed in recent seasons and which has proved to be one of the best "all round" designs. The CM2 mainsail design is a slightly fuller, more powerful sail, designed to suit heavier crews and those sailing on the sea.
